WHO WE WORK WITH
Where do we find our products?
LFB currently works with established wholesalers who contract with the artisan groups directly, in the underserved communities. We are also working to find and establish relationships with artisan groups on our own in Central America, Africa and the Caribbean. It takes time to build trust on both sides as well as navigating a language barrier. Once we agree on a product, it takes a few “go arounds” before the quality is to the standard that Love First Boutique is known for.
How do you know the artisans are getting paid a fair wage?
We search out wholesalers who only work with artisan groups who practice Fair trade principles. There is a set of guidelines that a business must follow in order to be Fair trade certified. The managers/owners must be recertified each year to assure the principles are still being practiced.

SHIPPING
How are the products shipped out?
We use USPS and UPS so look for your order in your mailbox or on your front porch if it’s too large to fit.
When will I get my order?
We work diligently to get your order packaged and ready to ship as soon as possible. We don’t work on Sunday’s so please give us a couple of days to get your order just right. The rest is up to the post office, but you should receive your order within 7 business days. All orders ship from Arizona. Please visit our Shipping policy for more info.
How much is shipping?
Shipping price is based on weight. For more details on pricing, please visit our Shipping policy at the bottom of the home page. Please keep in mind that shipping prices have been on the rise due to high demand but LFB continues to use flat rate shipping so you have no surprises at check out and remember that ALL orders over $60 ship for FREE.

Where is my order?
Please check your email box for shipping updates or contact USPS with your tracking number.
My product arrived damaged
Please send us a photo of the damaged product to support@lovefirstboutique.com and we will replace, exchange or refund the item.
I am not satisfied with my item
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything possible to make you happy. Keep all of the original packaging and send us an email to support@lovefirstboutique.com . Provide us with the order number and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange. LFB will provide you with a shipping label for the return. Once the item is returned, we will issue you a refund or exchange.
INVENTORY
Out of stock - The item I want on the website says it’s out of stock.
We are still learning what our customers want so we order small quantities of many styles. If you see that we are out of stock on an item you love, PLEASE, PLEASE send us an email at support@lovefirstboutique.com and let us know you are interested in it. If it becomes a popular item, we will reorder it and let you know when it becomes available again. Be patient with us as we learn about this wonderful world of e-commerce and working with artisan groups outside of the United States.
